Join us at Cosmic Arts for our electrifying FUNK ROCK FLEA MARKET happening every first Saturday *During the HIGH ST car Shows. from May to August, plus an extra special market on the last Saturday of August!

🕙 Market Hours:

  • Open to the public from 10 AM to 6 PM (FREE Admission!)

  • Headlining bands take the stage from 6 PM till midnight with a General Admission ticket available online or at the door.

🍃 Lounge & Refreshments: Relax and mingle in our cozy lounge areas, savor herbal teas at our first-floor tea bar, or enjoy specialty drinks at our second-floor alcohol bar. Explore our gallery featuring eclectic art and distinctive pieces available for purchase from local artists.

🎨 Vendor Information:

  • Cost: $65 per 6' space, $40 for 4’ft, $100 for 10x10 space. (table included or bring your own) **LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE**

  • Electric + $20 Vendors must provide their own tablecloths and displays. Lighting is recommended!

  • Vendor spaces include two general admission wristbands.

  • Vendors setup between 8-9 AM. Check-in at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Electricity available upon advance request.

  • Spaces located in the gallery and performance hall, assigned primarily on arrival.

  • Temporary load-in parking on High St. or nearby South Charlotte St. parking lot. Hand trucks recommended for easy load-in due to stairs.

  • Vendors must remain open until at least 6 PM but may stay open through closing.

  • Apply online at COSMICARTS.ORG. All items must be original, handcrafted creations—no reselling, tattoos, THC products, alcohol, or non-pastry food items permitted.

  • No refunds; cancellations can be credited towards future events.
