We will all join in the powerful experience of intention setting, guided meditation, native flute, drumming, spirit animal pulling, adding to the alter, and a truly one of a kind experience.

What is ecstatic dance?

Ecstatic dance invites you to flow freely, invoking your bodies inner movements to connect with your spiritual nature. You don’t have to be a professional dancer, there is no judgment in this room! Close your eyes and flow to the music!

What is cacao?

Cacao is a fruit found mostly in tropical climates in South America ~ cacao brings feelings of love, grounding, and kindness into our bodies. Cacao opens us up and allows us to be present as we experience her beauty and unique medicine. “Raw cacao contains chemicals that stimulate the brain to release serotonin, trptophan, and dopamine as well as a chemical called “anandamide” which is also known as the bliss molecule.”
