Join Azula Murdra of Lestrange dance academy for our monthly hoop dance workshop. This workshop of dance fusion ~ hula hoop manipulation and fluidity assists one to sync their movements to beat. This class is focused on rhythm connectivity and chorography, as well as free flow, some toning, and conditioning. There are 6 levels to dance fusion and this class will be held once a month!

~ confidence with hoop

what to bring ?

water bottle, hula hoop (we will have props available), comfortable shoes, clothing that allows free movement
