On May 27th 2022 we lost a friend, brother and son to the global opiate crisis. Just like the other millions of people affected by this epidemic, he had a name and that was Jason Patrick Degnan, aka Tibby. The Tibby Ball is our effort to raise money to help mitigate deaths and harm caused by opiate overdose in his memory.

The Tibby Ball, true to Jason's spirit, is a multi-faceted event that is sure to be a good time for anyone. Jason's favorite local band Kristen and the Noise will be the nights main musical entertainment in the upstairs ballroom where there will also be raffles, 50/50, event memorabilia, and other items for sale. Downstairs will feature a DJ and for an additional entrance fee, a cornhole tournament. For those who love to dance and want to raise additional money for the fundraiser, you can enter our Dance-A-Thon and dance the night away on either floor.

100% of the proceeds from The Tibby Ball will be donated to the PA Harm Reduction Network (PAHRN), a 501c3 charitable organization. PAHRN will be on site to educate, answer questions, provide information on the charity, as well as how those interested can help the cause. They will also be distributing life saving supplies at no cost.

Jason's life and those millions of others who have died from opiate overdose might have been saved had the proper education and life saving materials been supplied. We feel that the PA Harm Reduction Network (PAHRN) is doing good work towards that end, and this is why we have chosen them as the beneficiary of The Tibby Ball.
