Join Amy Unger and Gabi Acker at Cosmic Art Studios for a yoga and reiki class! This unique experience will have you feeling relaxed, well rested, calm, open, grounded, and connected.

The evening will start with meditation led by Gabi and Shamanic medicine card pulling ~ we will have tea available for everyone who attends.

We will then transition into our movement meditation where Gabi will guide you from pose to pose, offering alternative poses that work best with your body. As we are in each position Gabi and Amy will walk around the room flowing reiki to each person - allowing any energy that comes through to enter the room.

We will end the class with a sound bath including gong bath, native flute, shamanic drums, chimes, and more!
