Vending Spaces are between $46 - $65 each spot, Spaces are limited per artisan category. First come first served. We want local artisans, creators, and makers. Go ahead and purchase you space here!

You are assigned a 8’ wide x 6’ deep space. Please bring your own table, clothes, and of course all of your artwork! We suggest you bring lights, power strips and extension cables as the space is dimly lit during events. Electricity is available at no extra cost.

You are granted 2 general admission wristbands, one for you and one for a friend that will be helping you. 

LOAD IN:

The doors open to the public at 8, so make sure you arrive at least an hour early by 7pm to have plenty of time to load in, sign in & set up your display.

When you arrive, please check in at the front desk to sign in and receive your wristbands before you start to set up.  

Vending spaces are located in the gallery on our first floor and in the main performance hall on the second floor along the walls. Most spots are assigned as you arrive, unless you have been assigned a spot beforehand. first come, first serve.

SETTING UP:

You can park right out front on high st. If you find a spot, GREAT!, if not no worries you can put on your blinkers and park in the bike lane until you're done unloading. Then find parking on high st or the south charlotte st parking lot for the remainder of the event. The streets and parking lots are “PAID” parking via kiosk or app. 

NOTE:  We do have stairs (about 5) leading up to the first floor of our building. If your load is heavy consider bringing a hand truck. There's always helping hands here too, just ask, and most of the time we do have our own hand truck we can offer if you forget yours. 

PACKING UP: 

The market is open from 8pm - 11pm, the doors are open from 8pm - 2am, so you are more than welcome to stay open later than 11, but please do not start packing up before 11.

NOTE:  On our shindigs we may have sleepover passes available. We tell our patrons that are sleeping over upstairs in the main hall that they can start to load in any gear they have around 12am. 

What we ask of you… :)

• When you arrive please check in at the front booth.

• Bring your own folding table, cloth & lights. 

• PROMOTE! Please share the flyer... Tell all your friends, family and fans that you're vending @Cosmic_Art_Studio. If you would like physical flyers to hand stacks to friends and post up at your special spots, please send us an address and we’ll get them in the mail.

Any cancellations for any reason, your vending credit will be able to be used for a future event. No refunds are granted. Thank you :) <3
