InvasionFest Vendor Table
LIMITED VENDING SPACES AVAILABLE**
🌌 Vendor Space Details:
Cost: $45 per space
Size: 6’ Table
Cosmic has tables to utilize, or BYO
Equipment: Vendor must bring their own table cloths, and artwork displays.
*Consider bringing lights to illuminate your display
🌌 Payment Options:
Purchase your space @ COSMICARTS.ORG
🌌 Vendor Eligibility:
No Application Process: There's no formal application to become a vendor. However, we exclusively welcome unique artisans who handcraft their items & encourage creating art LIVE!
Product Restrictions:
No Reselling: All items must be original creations by the vendor. No resold merchandise allowed.
No Tattoos: Tattoo services or sales of tattoo-related products are not permitted.
Food Items: Only pastries are allowed. No other types of food sales are permitted.
No THC or Alcohol: Sales of THC products and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
🌌 Admission:
Each space purchase includes two general admission wristbands for you and a helper.
🌌 Load-In Information:
Event Start: Doors open to the public at 6 PM
Arrival Time: Please arrive between 3-5 PM for setup
Check-In: Sign in at the front desk to receive your wristbands before setting up
🌌 Location:
Vendor spaces are located in the gallery on the first floor and the main performance hall on the second floor. Spaces are primarily assigned on arrival, with pre-assigned locations in certain cases.
🌌 Electricity:
Available upon request. Please inform us in advance if you need power for lights or displays.
🌌 Setup & Parking:
Temporary parking is available on High St. or the nearby South Charlotte St. parking lot (paid parking).
NOTE: You will have to load in your display by hand *there's lots of stairs. Consider bringing a hand truck for heavy loads.
🌌 Event Timing:
Market Hours: 6 PM - 1 AM (You may stay open as late as 2 AM)
Packing Up: Packing before 11 PM is not allowed.
🌌 Promotion:
Help spread the word! Share our flyer and tell your network about your presence at @Cosmic_Art_Studio. For physical flyers, DM us directly with your mailing address, and we'll dispatch them to you.
🌌 Cancellation Policy:
No refunds. Cancellations can be credited towards future events.
